Good friend Mitchell Orr won this year’s Josephine Pignolet Young Chef of the Year award last night and was featured in today’s Sydney Morning Herald. Congrats, the future looks really bright dude!
As a winner of this year’s award, he receives an international air ticket to further his studies. His plans are to visit the US, where he hopes to land a spot at San Francisco restaurant A16, known for it’s dual wood-fired ovens that can cook a whole lamb or pig.
