On Friday we went to visit our good friend Mitch Orr for lunch for his last day at the Beresford on Bourke Street. He is saying goodbye to one of our regular Friday lunchtime destinations (so no more squid-ink tortellini). His new venture is with Sepia, which is Martin Benn’s (former head chef of Tetsuya’s) new baby. A produce-driven and sophisticated menu utilising European techniques and subtle Japanese influences along with the creative touch of head chef Daniel Puskas (formerly of Oscillate Wildly) make Sepia unique and exciting.
